Transkem have for many years been working with major brewers, distillers and bakeries and have met with the issue of how to impart good mixing without damaging the yeast cells.

Over 50+ years we have been designing mixers for yeast and have gained valuable experience in designing the mixer to be perfect. We design the yeast mixers to have very specific tip speeds and use open turbines to resolve this problem.
