On a no fee basis Transkem will analyse the problem and give an instant answer to whether there is a 'quick fix'. If the problem involves detailed analysis and site visits a consultancy fee would be agreed beforehand.
Any subsequent order for a mixer or impellers would be heavily discounted by Transkem or alternatively the consultancy would be on a cost only basis.
